This facility is ideal for banquets, seminars, educational, social, and community gatherings, memorial services, reunions, day camps, work parties, retirements, at-home sales parties, etc.
General Guidelines: Smoking is not permitted within the facilities. Any requests for technological services must be made in advance. All decor must be approved. No open flames are permitted. Nails, tacks, and adhesives may not be used. Sparklers, confetti, glitter, birdseed, rice, or anything of that sort is not allowed inside the premises. All spaces are available until midnight.
Preservation Station is happy to be able to offer the facilities of the community event center for use by interested parties as long as the center is treated properly and all other conditions are met.
Gym rental rates are as follows: 1st Hour Each Additional Hour $100 $80
All Day Cleaning Fee $1000 $100
Gym rentals require a refundable security/damage deposit of $300.
